Outstanding Performance in 2026 Baccalaureate Results

On Wednesday, the Regional Academy for Education and Training of Marrakech-Safi announced that a total of 33,718 candidates from both public and private educational institutions successfully passed the regular session of the national unified exam for the Baccalaureate in 2026. This impressive achievement reflects a success rate of 68.91% among school candidates, with 20,198 female candidates achieving a remarkable success rate of 72.43%. In contrast, the number of successful candidates from the independent category reached 2,288, with a success rate of 37.49%. The academy highlighted that among the successful candidates, 21,233 from the scientific, technical, and vocational streams achieved a success rate of 64.21%, while those in the literary and original education streams totaled 12,485, with an impressive success rate of 78.71%.

Celebrating Excellence in Education

Notably, Ayat Shukri, a student from the secondary school Al-Shehid Saleh Serghini under the regional directorate of Rahmouna, achieved the highest overall score in the Marrakech-Safi region, securing an outstanding score of 19.53 in the Physics Sciences track with a French option. The academy announced that a further 17,867 candidates will participate in the remediation session scheduled for July 2, 3, and 4, 2026, across all streams, with results to be declared on July 11, 2026. The academy commended the efforts of administrative and educational staff, as well as the support from local authorities and stakeholders, which contributed significantly to the success of this national examination.
