As part of the organizational dynamics taking place within the Authenticity and Modernity Party in Ibn Jirir, and in preparation for the renewal of the local office, the party's regional headquarters hosted an informative meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. This event focused on the theme of "Political Communication Techniques" and was initiated by the preparatory committee for the local office renewal, under the supervision of the regional office of the party in the Rahamna province and coordinated with the women's committee in Ibn Jirir.
The meeting saw a notable presence of various party leaders, elected officials, and political actors, including the regional secretary Sidi Mohamed Salah Al-Khayr, the head of the preparatory committee for local office renewal Mohamed Hamdi, parliamentary deputy Abdel Latif Al-Zaeem, and member of the executive office of the Women of Authenticity and Modernity Organization Zohour Al-Ghandour. Additionally, former parliamentarian Abdel Fattah Kamal, representative of the Ibn Jirir municipality Fawziya Chato, and national council member Abdel Malik Bouslaham were also in attendance, alongside a significant participation of party members from the city.
The discussions during this meeting were led by Dr. Mohamed Al-Ghali, the Dean of the Faculty of Law in Qal'at Al-Sraghna, who delivered an academic presentation highlighting the importance of political communication in enhancing trust between political actors and citizens. He reviewed the transformations in this field amid the rapid development of modern media and communication tools.
Dr. Al-Ghali emphasized that political communication is no longer reliant on traditional speeches; rather, it now employs advanced mechanisms based on persuasion, direct interaction, and the ability to construct impactful narratives that blend rational and emotional elements. He noted the effective use of storytelling and political symbols as powerful means of influencing public opinion and earning citizens' trust.
Furthermore, he addressed the growing role of digital technologies and social media platforms in shaping public opinion, pointing out that digital political marketing has become one of the essential tools used by political parties to communicate with various social groups and engage with their expectations and concerns.
In this context, he stressed that the success of a political actor is not solely measured by their ability to convey political messages but also by their capacity to listen to citizens and understand their needs and aspirations. He highlighted the importance of possessing skills in public speaking, dialogue, and direct communication, along with the competence to manage crises and combat fake news and misleading information.
This seminar is part of the ongoing efforts made by the Authenticity and Modernity Party in the Rahamna province to enhance political training and continuous education for its members, reinforcing a culture of effective communication and openness to citizens' issues, in line with upcoming organizational challenges, particularly the renewal of the local office in Ibn Jirir.
