Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements
For the position of Methods and Means Manager, candidates will be responsible for supervising method activities, industrial means, and testing setups. Duties include standardizing and optimizing manufacturing and control processes, ensuring equipment availability, compliance, and performance, managing industrial investments, product evolution, and continuous improvement projects, as well as leading teams and tracking industrial performance indicators. This role requires an experienced, structured individual capable of managing cross-functional technical projects in a demanding industrial environment.
As a Process Engineer, the selected candidate will provide technical support to the workshop and contribute to productivity improvements. Responsibilities include validating manufacturing processes, documenting technical requirements for production, assisting teams with process deviations or technical issues, and participating in testing, validations, and process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). This role targets candidates with a Master’s degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering, who are autonomous, responsive, and proficient in analytical and problem-solving tools.
The Human Resources Development Manager will define and implement the HR development strategy for the site, manage talent acquisition, skills management, training, internal mobility, and career pathways. This position also involves supporting organizational transformation projects and change management efforts, tracking HR indicators, and proposing actions aligned with performance and attractiveness challenges. A Master’s degree and confirmed HR development experience, along with solid knowledge of Moroccan labor law and project management, are essential for this role.
In the role of Industrialization Pilot, candidates will drive industrialization actions and activity transfers for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadlines, and safety, health, and environmental (SSE) objectives. Responsibilities include managing manufacturing files, industrial validation, and technical data under PLM and SAP, and coordinating interfaces with purchasing, quality, production, and client teams. This role is suited for an industrial engineering graduate or equivalent with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional team dynamics.
The Consolidation and Reporting Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries and overseeing monthly and quarterly closings. This includes producing consolidated financial statements and group reports, tracking intercompany transactions, budgets, forecasts, and summary states, and assisting in financial analysis and annual closing tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in management or finance, be detail-oriented, and comfortable with financial reporting.
Lastly, the Product Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer will ensure that products, processes, and suppliers comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
