She described the situation on the roads as extremely dangerous, remarking, "I am in Marrakech and I have never seen people drive like this. It’s super dangerous, because in addition to cars, there are also mopeds, with no helmets and children…" emphasizing a complete lack of order on the roads.
She clarified, "I am not saying that all of Morocco is like this, but in Marrakech, it’s chaos. And I am not claiming that Algerians drive better, but it’s less worse than here." Furthermore, she condemned the behavior of Moroccan police officers, alleging that they stop and extort money from women without cause, stating, "They look for ways to squeeze money out of us, which they keep for themselves." This commentary has led to significant backlash and her subsequent arrest.
