Oujda-Angad Airport Sees Over 317,000 Passengers by End of April

Oujda-Angad Airport Traffic Report for Early 2026

According to the latest data from the National Airports Office (ONDA), Oujda-Angad Airport welcomed a total of 317,087 passengers during the first four months of 2026. This figure represents a decline of 8.52% compared to the same period in 2025, when the airport served 346,607 travelers. This drop in passenger numbers highlights the ongoing challenges faced by the aviation sector, particularly in the context of fluctuating travel patterns.

In April alone, the airport registered 95,684 passengers, marking a significant decrease of 13.43% from the 110,532 passengers recorded in April 2025. Additionally, the number of aircraft movements at Oujda-Angad Airport totaled 2,317 during the first four months of the year, down from 2,620 movements in 2025, which indicates a reduction of 11.56% in operational activity at this facility.

On a national level, Morocco's airports collectively recorded commercial traffic of 12,336,962 passengers by the end of April, reflecting a growth of 9.7% compared to the same timeframe last year. This national increase contrasts starkly with the decline experienced at Oujda-Angad Airport, suggesting regional variations in travel demand and operational performance across the country.
