Attendees were treated to a schedule filled with physical activities, interactive workshops, informative conferences, and artistic expressions, all aimed at promoting mental health awareness and basic first aid skills.
Participants were encouraged to explore activities focusing on relaxation, balance, creative expression, and self-awareness within an open and inviting environment. The program featured sessions on Qi Gong, Dao Yin, Tai Chi, and Yoga Samara, along with workshops dedicated to personal development, body care, artistic expression, and mental wellness.
