Electrified mobility is gaining significant traction in Morocco, as Auto Nejma, the exclusive representative of BYD in the country, takes bold steps to enhance the national presence of the Chinese automotive brand. The company has recently inaugurated four new sales and service points across major cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Fès, and Oujda, thus establishing a comprehensive network that now spans the entire Kingdom. State-of-the-Art Facilities for Enhanced Customer Experience
In Casablanca, located at 57 Boulevard Bahmad, Auto Nejma has launched a dedicated 2,000 square meter service point specifically for BYD vehicles. This facility offers a full range of maintenance services, mechanical repairs, and bodywork support. Equipped with 23 workstations, including a state-of-the-art electric paint booth and advanced geometry equipment, the site represents an investment of 4 million dirhams in tooling. Customers are welcomed by four certified service advisors in a dedicated lounge area, ensuring a premium service experience for all clients, whether they own 100% electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).
Additionally, on Avenue Hassan II, Auto Nejma has unveiled a BYD showroom that adheres to the latest international standards, featuring a 46 square meter lounge space and three dedicated service advisors. The after-sales infrastructure includes a fully operational mechanical workshop spanning 1,600 square meters, complemented by a 600 square meter body shop that is in the final stages of equipping, with 9 mechanical workstations and 8 bodywork stations. Furthermore, the historical authorized service partner, Établissements Hakam, enhances this network with an additional 2,100 square meters of space and 16 extra workstations.
Fès is now part of the BYD network with Auto Nejma establishing a presence in the bustling Borj Fès commercial complex, set to open on June 18, 2026. Similarly, Oujda's Oriental region joins the BYD map with Auto Nejma's installation at Km 6, Technopole d’Oujda, situated at a significant economic crossroads in the area.
Auto Nejma is dedicated to providing an impeccable after-sales experience, boasting 95% availability of spare parts, maintenance costs of less than 0.14 dirhams per kilometer, and servicing intervals every 15,000 kilometers. Additional services such as a pick-up service with online payment options and installment payment contracts further simplify the experience for customers.
