Responsibilities include managing a team of 3 to 6 staff members, driving revenue growth while ensuring the center's profitability, delivering high-quality customer service, and analyzing performance indicators such as sales figures, average transaction values, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in commerce, management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end sales environment, preferably within a spa, beauty center, luxury hospitality, or premium retail setting. Medical-Aesthetic Specialist – Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier
