Significant Developments in the Case of Schoolgirls from Ba Muhammad Village

Major Legal Proceedings in Ba Muhammad Village Case

On the morning of June 8, 2026, the investigating judge in the third chamber of the Court of Appeal in Fes concluded detailed investigative proceedings involving two defendants currently in custody, as part of a larger case that has captured the attention of the public in the Ba Muhammad area due to serious allegations of human trafficking and sexual exploitation of two minor schoolgirls.

According to exclusive information, today’s thorough interrogation involved (Abdelkbir A.) a merchant operating in Ba Muhammad, and (Amin A.) a pharmacist, both facing grave accusations related to the enticement of minors and sexual assault without violence, in addition to complicity in a human trafficking offense.

Following the completion of the interrogations, the investigating judge forwarded their files to the public prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in Fes for final comments, aiming to subsequently refer all suspects to the primary criminal court for a public trial to address the charges against them.

This case involves a criminal network consisting of nine individuals, led by a woman in her thirties with a criminal history related to prostitution. The public prosecution is charging them with severe criminal offenses, including enticing minors under the age of 18, sexual assault leading to defloration, and human trafficking. The details of this case came to light following the sexual exploitation of the two schoolgirls within the vicinity of the student residence in the region.
